Hasan TAÇOY, Minister of Labour and Social Security of TRNC, came to Turkey to pay official visits.

Mr. TAÇOY, who took office a while ago, paid an official visit to Minister Prof. Dr. Vedat BİLGİN during his itinerary.

Stating that they have the pleasure of strengthening relations between the two Ministries, Mr. TAÇOY said that he fully believes that the cooperation will continue to increase.

Minister Prof. Dr. Vedat BİLGİN stated that Türkiye has always supported the Turkish Cypriots in their deserving cause and put forward a suggestion saying; “We should establish a Joint Standing Committee to further the existing cooperation in the joint working areas of the two Ministries”.

During the meeting, Ministers also discussed the joint actions that can be taken for the implementation of the activities covered by the Plan of Action on the Cooperation Framework between the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
