The 14th Summit of GFMD, whose term chairmanship is held by France, was organized at the Geneva International Conference Centre on 23-25 January 2024.

At this high-level event, marking the end of French chairmanship of the GFMD, besides the central theme ‘The Impact of Climate Change on Human Mobility’, themes such as ‘Rights and Migration, Diasporas, Labour Migration, Culture, Narratives and Migration, Multi-Level Governance of Migration’ were addressed at roundtable meetings, thematic and networking sessions, side events and exhibitions.  

Representing our Ministry, Labour Experts of our General Directorate Atilla Ethem Zeybek, Asuman Taş and EU Expert of General Directorate for International Labour Force Aydın Erdoğan attended the summit.
