142nd Meeting of the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs of OECD Was Held in Paris
142nd meeting of ELSAC (OECD’s Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs), whose activities are conducted under the coordination of our Ministry, was convened on 8-9 November 2022.
On behalf of our Ministry, Çağatay Halat, Head of Department for International Organizations and Şahin Metin, Labour Expert attended the meeting in Paris, which was hosted by OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development).
During the meeting, outputs of Labour and Employment Ministerial Meeting of OECD held in June, research and projects conducted and to be conducted by ELSAC in the fields of employment and social policies, activities of sub-committees of ELSAC, process regarding countries applying for accession to OECD and technical assessment to be carried out by ELSAC were addressed.
“Communication Strategy of ELSAC” was adopted at the end of the meeting.
