A delegation from Tajikistan paid a high-level visit to our Ministry within the scope of activities for the healthcare reform planned to be initiated in Tajikistan. The visit took place within the framework of a project conducted with the contributions of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and World Health Organization. 

Having been received by our Deputy Minister Operating Surgeon Ertuğrul Soysal, the visiting delegation was chaired by Gulcahon Abdufattohzoda, Head of Social Development Unit of Tajik Presidency. The delegation was also comprised of Deputy Ministers from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Migration, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Finance as well as representatives of relevant institutions.  

Having informed on the Social Security Reform put into effect in our country in 2008 during the meeting, Dr. Ertuğrul Soysal noted, “We are ready to share these experiences with Tajikistan and taking this occasion, I extend my wishes for a fruitful visit.”
