At the meeting, which was also attended by Turkish Resource Group (TRG) consisting of Turkish engineers, information was obtained as regards Turkish workers quitting work and the future of remaining workers within the framework of the social plan implemented since 2019 as well as production schedule of Ford factory.

An agreement was reached upon developing joint projects on vocational training with members of Turkish Resource Group.
