The Training “The Duties and Activities of the Foreign Organisation of Ministry of Commerce” was held


Department of Education and Publications organized the training “Introduction of the Duties and Activities of the Foreign Organization of the Ministry of Commerce” was held with the participation of Labor Experts.

Within the scope of the training, Mr. Hasan Murat NESİMOGLU, Head of Department for Contracting and Technical Consulting of General Directorate of International Trade in Services and Mr. Evren SUBASI, Head of Department for Foreign Representations of the General Directorate for Trade Research and Risk Analysis, made presentations.

The training provided comprehensive information to the participants on the following subjects and processes; general information about the works and activities of foreign organization of the Ministry of Commerce; the procedure for obtaining a service receipt approval certificate from the commercial attachés for the companies that will employ personnel abroad within the scope of work agreements; service export incentives and support provided to technical consultancy services and application processes within the framework of both the technical consultancy contracting process and the contractual transactions taken within the scope of work agreements; the procedure to obtain the commitment and non-commitment work receipt approval documents requested from companies (Turkish or foreign origin) that want to publish ISKUR-approved personnel recruitment announcements in Turkey or that want to employ Turkish personnel abroad.

The training was concluded following the Q&A session, presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to the trainers by Deputy General Director Mr. Ahmet Nazif GARIBAGAOGLU and the group photo shoot.
