During his visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to hold talks, Minister of Labour and Social Security Vedat Bilgin paid visits to mausoleums of Rauf Raif Denktaş, founding President of TRNC and Fazıl Küçük, leader of Turkish Cypriots.

Having initially paid a visit to the mausoleum of Küçük, leader of Turkish Cypriots and placed a wreath, Minister Bilgin was accompanied by Ambassador of Türkiye to Lefkosia, Metin Feyzioğlu.

Afterwards, Bilgin placed a wreath on the mausoleum of founding President of TRNC Denktaş and prayed.

Addressing a speech in the cemetery, Minister Bilgin stated that Rauf Denktaş was a leader guiding the struggle of Turkish Cypriots, making his mark in the entire Turkish territory and noted that he would linger strongly in memories.
