Uluslararası sosyal güvenlik sözleşmeleri hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla; yabancı bir ülkede kurulu herhangi bir kuruluş tarafından ve o kuruluş adına ve hesabına Türkiye’ye üç aydan fazla hizmet akdi ile çalışacak yabancıların 5510 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanunu kapsamında sosyal güvenlik sistemine kayıt yaptırmaları zorunludur.

Türkiye’ye 3 ayı geçmemek üzere bir iş için gönderilen ve yabancı ülkede sosyal sigortaya tabi olduğunu belgeleyen kişiler sigortalı sayılmayacaktır.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE INSURANCE STATUS OF FOREIGNERS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION

Without prejudice to the provisions of international social security agreements; foreigners who will work in Türkiye with a service contract for more than three months on behalf and on the account of any organization established in a foreign country, are required to register with the social security system within the scope of Law No. 5510 on Social Security and General Health Insurance.

Individuals who are sent to Türkiye for a job not exceeding 3 months and can prove that they are subject to social insurance in a foreign country will not be considered as insured.
