Yurt içinden çalışma izni muafiyeti başvurusunda bulunacak yabancıların vize veya vize muafiyeti süresi içerisinde başvurularını gerçekleştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Başvuru değerlendirmeleri esnasında yabancıların ülkeye giriş-çıkış kayıtlarının yanı sıra kendilerine düzenlenen mevcut ikamet izni, çalışma izni ve çalışma izni muafiyeti kayıtları detaylı olarak incelenmekte ve başvuru yapılan gün itibarıyla ilgili yabancının ülkede kayıtlı bulunup bulunmadığı değerlendirmeye alınmaktadır.
Söz konusu değerlendirmelerin sağlıklı olarak yapılabilmesi amacıyla, yurt içi başvurularda E-Muafiyet sistemine ilk kayıt başvurularını pasaportları ile tamamlayan ve yabancı kimlik numarası sahibi yabancıların sisteme giriş yaptıktan sonra “Kullanıcı Bilgileri” sekmesine 99 veya 98 ile başlayan yabancı kimlik numaralarını girmeleri gerekmektedir. İlgili işlemin yanı sıra mevcut kartın ön ve arka yüzünün taranmış halinin ek belge olarak sisteme yüklenmesi önem arz etmektedir.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING MAKING APPLICATION WITH FOREIGN ID NUMBER IN WORK PERMIT EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS
Foreigners who will apply for a work permit exemption from within the country must apply within the visa or visa exemption period. During the application evaluations, the current residence permit, work permit and work permit exemption records issued to the foreigners as well as the entry-exit records of the foreigners are examined in detail and it is evaluated whether the relevant foreigner is registered in the country as of the day of application.
In order for the said evaluations to be made properly, foreigners with a foreign identity number who complete their first registration applications to the E-Muafiyet system with their passports for domestic applications must enter their foreigner identification numbers starting with 99 or 98 in the "User Information" tab after logging into the system. In addition to the relevant process, it is important to upload the scanned version of the front and back sides of the existing card to the system as an additional document.
