a) Pursuant to Article 23 of the International Labour Force Law No. 6735; in case of repetition of the above-mentioned acts, administrative fines shall be increased by one times.
b) Pursuant to subparagraph 7 of Article 17 of the Misdemeanour Law No. 5326; administrative fines shall be applied by increasing the administrative fines by the revaluation rate determined and announced in accordance with the provisions of the repeated Article 298 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213 for that year, effective from the beginning of each calendar year. No fraction of one Turkish Lira shall be taken into account in the calculation of the administrative fine determined in this way.
c) The revaluation rate to be applied in 2026 was determined as 25,49%
