The Conference on International Workshop and Thematic Research Results Completed

The Conference began with the keynote speeches delivered by our Deputy Minister Prof. Dr. Lutfihak Alpkan and Esther Bouma, Deputy Head of the Humanitarian and Social Development Section of the European Union Delegation to Türkiye.

During the panels held on the first day of the program, process of harmonization with EU acquis in the fields of social policy and employment, West Balkans experience and experience sharing among candidate countries were addressed. Our Ministry’s endeavours over the past 20 years throughout the process of harmonization with EU were also shared with representatives of public institutions, academia and international organizations.

Lasting for two days, the Conference ended with the closing speeches addressed by our Director General Ali Aybey and Esther Bouma.

Contributing to international cooperation and sharing of experiences, the Conference which was organized within the scope of IESP Sectoral Operational Program was successfully completed.
