Department of Work Permit Exemption

Duties of the Department of Work Permit Exemption;

a) To carry out work and procedures related to work permit exemptions,
b) To carry out work and procedures related to work permits within the scope of sectors/professions/jobs determined by the General Directorate.
c) To handle the procedures and processes related to indefinite work permits and indefinite work permit card renewal applications,
ç) To carry out work and procedures related to independent work permits
d) To contribute to policy-making efforts, regarding the international labour force
e) To contribute to the legislative work regarding the International Labor Force Law No.6735 dated July 28, 2016 and its subordinate regulations.
f) Participating in national and international training activities related to the field of duty and carrying out these activities,
g) To prepare and implement national and international projects on issues related to its field of duty, to ensure the support and implementation of the prepared projects,
ğ) Contributing to the preparation of periodical and non-periodical publications of the Directorate General,
h) Contributing to the planning of providing in-service training to personnel on necessary subjects and situations,
ı) To perform other tasks assigned by their superiors.
