SÜRESİZ ÇALIŞMA İZİNLERİNİN BEŞ YILDA BİR YENİLENMESİ / RENEWAL OF INDEFINITE WORK PERMITS EVERY FIVE YEARS
2 Şubat 2022 tarihli ve 31738 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Uluslararası İşgücü Kanunu Uygulama Yönetmeliğinin 28 inci maddesinin 4 üncü fıkrası gereğince süresiz çalışma izni olan yabancıların çalışma izni belgelerini, izin başlangıç tarihi itibarıyla her beş (5) yılda bir yenilemesi gerekmektedir.
Süresiz çalışma izni belgelerini yenileme yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmeyen yabancıların izinleri ise 6735 sayılı Uluslararası İşgücü Kanunu ve bu Kanunun Uygulama Yönetmeliğinin ilgili hükümleri uyarınca iptal edilecektir.
Belge yenileme başvurularının beş yıllık sürenin dolmasından önceki altı ay içerisinde ve her halükarda süre dolmadan yapılması gerekmektedir.
Bu kapsamda olan yabancıların https://ecalismaizni.csgb.gov.tr adresinden giriş yaparak “Süresiz Çalışma İzni Kart Yenileme İşlemleri” menüsünden başvurularını yapmaları gerekmektedir.
Başvuru belgelerine yabancıya ait biyometrik fotoğraf, güncel pasaport sureti ile mevcut süresiz çalışma izni belgesinin eklenmesi gerekmektedir.
Süresiz çalışma izni belgesini yenileme başvurusu değerlendirilirken yabancının sosyal güvenlik yükümlülüklerini yerine getirip getirmediği ve güncel işyeri bilgilerine ilişkin hususlar dikkate alınmaktadır.
Yenilenen süresiz çalışma izni belgesi harca tabi olmayıp sadece değerli kâğıt bedeli alınır. 2023 yılı için değerli kâğıt bedeli 356 TL’dir.

ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE RENEWAL OF INDEFINITE WORK PERMITS EVERY FIVE YEARS
Foreigners with an indefinite work permit are required to renew their work permit documents every five (5) years as of the start date of the permit, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the 28th Article of the Implementing Regulation of International Labor Force Law, which was published in the Official Gazette dated February 2, 2022 and numbered 31738.
The work permits of foreigners who do not fulfill the obligation to renew their indefinite work permit documents will be cancelled in accordance with the International Labor Force Law No. 6735 and the relevant provisions of the Implementing Regulation of this Law.
a.) Application Period
Document renewal applications must be made within six months before the expiration of the five-year period and in any case before the expiration of the period.
b.) Application Address
Foreigners within this scope are required to log in at https://ecalismaizni.csgb.gov.tr and apply through "Permanent Work Permit Card Renewal Procedures/ Süresiz Çalışma İzni Kart Yenileme İşlemleri" menu and submit their applications.
c.) Application Documents
It is necessary to attach a recent biometric photo of the foreigner, an up-to-date passport and the existing indefinite work permit document to the application documents.
d.) Evaluation Principles
When evaluating the application for renewal of the indefinite work permit document, the issues related to whether the foreigner fulfills social security obligations and up-to-date workplace information are taken into account.
e.) Renewal Fee
The renewed indefinite work permit document is not subject to work permit fee and only the cost of valuable paper fee is charged. The cost of valuable paper fee for the year 2023 is 356 TL.
